  The staff in the hotel were very friendly. On arrival at the hotel we had our room upgraded free as the one we had booked wasn't available. The room was very comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had free WI-FI internet access that worked really well.   Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems.   Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met.
