Fantastic location, right next to the eye so walking distance to Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc. Good restaurant on site but many places to eat (Italian, sushi, Mediterranean) across a range of prices right opposite hotel, plus a small supermarket. Family room was actually big enough for a family. 3 proper beds (2 singles and a double). 4 mugs in the room and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Excellent 'all you can eat' breakfast, all fresh with lots of choices. Sp

Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, 10 Downing Street, London Eye. There was a Starbucks across the square which was great for morning coffees and a good Italian restaurant as well. The waterloo underground and train station were close by for all other transport. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful with directions and booking a taxi for our trip to the airport. We had 2 triple rooms on the 10th floor with our daughters

Very good location! 2 minutes walk to Piccadilly Circus, 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden, excellent connections to underground.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff!
Clean room and good room service. In contrast to some other comments we found breakfast absolutely o.k. The buffet offers warm typical English breakfast as well as toast and jam, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Air condition worked well - most important for us as during our stay we reached 34°C outside. We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The location was first class. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen of acceptable quality. The staff were friendly and chatty without being 'familiar' and we enjoyed our conversations with the various nationalities. [We are New Zealanders] The breakfasts were very good. Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!
