    The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    The hotel was full of character and well thought out. The staff were unbelievably helpful and nothing was too much trouble... they even dried our swimmers for us on our last day!     The town is a superb mix of Georgian English and modern cosmopolitan English. Bath Abbey Tower tour is a fantastic experience and very cheap. Lots of restaurants and good pubs in an idyllic setting. The accommodation sets you right in the heart of all of this and is central, very home-style and comfortable with all the mod cons.Great location!!... what people say » - The apartment was perfect for a group of friends celebrating a special birthday with a weekend in bath.     Great little flat - awkward to drive to in the dark, but owner very helpful. Supermarket close by for essentials, and set back from road, so quiet. - Was great to have the control of our time by renting a self contained flat. Was spacious enough for us and very clean and tidy.

    Perfect - breakfast is wonderful; you can't get breakfast like this for under 12pound in the town. The rooms are beautifully furnished and our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in by far. We had a view of the park across the road and it was good to keep the window open all night for fresh air. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)). Breakfast was delicious!     I stayed for 1 night whilst attending a wedding in Bath and had a very pleasant stay. I had been in correspondence with the owner prior to arrival as I knew I would be in Bath for around midday so requested an early check in- he was very accommodating throughout and when I arrived my room was ready. The house and my room were both lovely, nice dec... what people say » oration, spacious and with everything you would need. The next morning I came down for breakfast at 9:50 as I hadn't been told that it was served at 9 - Great location and hospitality from the owner "Giac" Unusual to receive a text both before and on the day of arrival but very welcome (and sensible!) We were able to confirm what time we wanted to arrive and check in. Room was very clean and comfortable (especially the bed) The shower was great too. Breakfast is taken in the basement kitchen and was fresh and wonderful quality. It is only a 10minute walk or so into the city so was a great location for going in to shop and leter to have dinner.

    The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort.     Was really happy with the quality of apartment, the easyness of getting into town and all the information re Bath that was in the folder in the apartment. Will definately recommend to all my friends. - Modern, excellent facilities, great central location, everything for a family of five for a quick stop or a longer stay.
