  the apartment was lovely, clean and modern with every comfort. The heating was so good we had to turn it down. It is only 2 minuites walk to the tube station and very central to all attractions. The staff were excellent even thought we arrived late at night. The apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a 2 bedrooms apartment (including 2 bathrooms) which was perfect in every way - the kitchen was brand new and provided with everything we could hope for on a weekend stay. We were there in the middle of the longest heat wave in current history, unfortunately, this hotel, like most places in London do not have air conditioning. We had three good fans and being on the second floor helped. Lots of space in the 2 bedroom apt.

  We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years.   We had a fantastic stay at ‘The Rookery’, I cannot fault the hotel orstaff in any way. Previous comments mention the noise from a localnightclub, we had no problems with this at all and our room was locatedat the front which is where if you were going to have problems youwould. The room was double glazed I’m not sure if this was a newaddition or no... what people say » t but noise was certainly not an issue.
