  For a small hotel the facilities were excellent. I just wanted somewhere for the night to rest after visiting some of London's attractions with my young daughters. Easy to find with a great location near Paddington and Edgeware Road tubes. Staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean, warm and comfortable.   The location of the hotel was really nice. It's a few minutes walk from Paddington station and very easy to find it. I guess no one gets lost on arrival. Also, it was easy to get to Baker Street on foot. Not only that, but there are so many nice pubs and eateries near the hotel and you can enjoy a lot of delicious food and good beer - I only stayed one night before going to Heathrow airport. The room I received was basic but very clean with a nice attempt at modernization; these hotel buildings in this area are all around 100 years old or more, most being Listed (historical) making modernization difficult or impossible. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel is located three blocks from Paddington Station in London, which was excellent for me.
