  Everything - we arrived at 8pm and were welcomed by Kate on Reception. We had dinner in the hotel and the service and food (and price!) were impeccable. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great sleep. The next day, the full Scottish breakfast was as good as the dinner the night before. We'll go again! - The staff were wonderful, the lounge and bar were very nice, the room was fabulous, the grounds and facilities were brilliant, and the whole place has great history. also a very short drive from Loch-ness.

  Very friendly hosts who upon learning it was our son's birthday, showed up with a birthday balloon! You cannot beat the location for exploring Loch Ness. The property was charming, very clean and very relaxing.   Stayed at this hotel for one as an additional day at the end of a short break. I wish we had just decided to book this hotel for the full duration of our trip. Upon arrival Stuart greeted us with Prosecco and a wee dram. Family rooms are very spacious and well equipped. King sized bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast by far the best of our... what people say » trip (possibly the best in any British B & B). Overall service was second to none.
