  The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The restaurant was really beautiful and the staff were great (BIG thank you to them) all in all this was a beautiful Hotel and they made us feel extra special. Thank you to the staff of Casa for making our stay a hap - Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.

  A very welcoming hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff ( every member) Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room very clean, good facilities, fantastic standard of food and service in restaurant was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble. Even though a wedding was being catered for it had no impact on the standard of service to us in fact it felt even be... what people say » tter. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Very good value for money. - I always read reviews before booking, and I had a most enjoyable stay at a really friendly and quirky hotel, where the staff I met and dealt with were helpful, and very eager too please. I found it strange that previous reviews complained about there being no lift, and that their rooms were some way from reception - well it states that on the information page on this really interesting hotel.

  I have never before bothered to write a review, not least because I travel a great deal. However, I would like to offer the highest possible praise for the Peak Edge Hotel and its staff. They are consummate professionals, very competent and friendly. We stayed there last weekend to attend a wedding and the manager and his staff went out of their... what people say » way to save the day which had been thrown into chaos because of the heavy snow. Not charging a dime the manager rallied his mates in their 4x4s to s - Lovely hotel! I honestly didn't expect that much, as I travel A LOT for business and am rather immune to hotels.... It is clean and well fitted.... the bath was gorgeous and the staff couldn't have been friendlier! We felt a bit underdressed for dinner at the "Pub"... it's really more of a restaurant, but very nice food. Beautiful location, even saw a peacock just outside our bedroom window in the AM! Would definitely come back.

  The room and its facilities were all excellent.   Very quiet, very contempory decor, and not disturbed at all. Freedom to collect key and leave without arrangement was great. Wireless Broadband was a real bonus, as was the coffee, milk and breakfast. Small things like dish washer tablets was also a nice touch.
