The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.

Lovely hotel! I honestly didn't expect that much, as I travel A LOT for business and am rather immune to hotels.... It is clean and well fitted.... the bath was gorgeous and the staff couldn't have been friendlier! We felt a bit underdressed for dinner at the "Pub"... it's really more of a restaurant, but very nice food. Beautiful location, even saw a peacock just outside our bedroom window in the AM! Would definitely come back.
