The room was very well appointed and catered for all our needs, eg air con, large comfortable bed, plasma screen and very quiet at night. Also a beautiful ensuite. The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.

When we were departing from the car park we couldn't get out due to an illegally parked car and the hotel staff went out of their way to successfully rectify the problem. The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.
