  Fantastic, well appointed accommodation. We were lucky enough to have a south-west facing apartment overlooking the river and enjoyed each evening with a bottle of wine on the balcony. Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and very quiet. Merchants Quay was about a 15 minute walk away, and the Town Centre a similar distance in the other directi... what people say » on. We are looking forward to our next break with Space in the City. We didn't get chance to enjoy the leisure facilities but they looked very good. - Cardiff is such a small city by square miles that really any location is a good location. Our apartment was a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay which is very family friendly yet also accommodates a young nightlife. We walked over their both nights and found many options to eat and drink at. Overall the apartment was in good condition and our contact person was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Also, just inside the park behind the hotel there is a wonderful waterbus that goes straight to the Bay. Easy public transportation for everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and this makes it perfect for short city trips as you can wander in for shopping, sightseeing and food then go back easily and relax!

  Ease of self check in Elgar was similar to the first apartment I stayed in with this company I have stayed in many and I keep returning as I rate them very highly. I recommend booking more than 1 night to really feel the benefit of a home from home apartment and usually all for the price of a hotel room!   The apartment we stayed at was perfect: really clean, functional, and beautifully furnished at the same time. We had microwave oven, oven, cooker, fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crookery, phon, good wi-fi, flat-screen tv with hundreds of channels, dvd player and Ipod bay, all included in the price (and I'm sure I have forgotten... what people say » something).   Great apartment! Very comfortable and well set-up. The owner was very accommodating and every night it felt like I was coming "home."   Close to town only 5 pounds in a taxi, the apartment was big enough for the 6 of us , clean had everything we needed. Arun the man who met us with the keys was fantastic.. Considering we locked our selfs out within 2 mins of getting our keys he was very patient and understanding. As a group we were all very happy and will definitely be staying aga... what people say » in. - We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.

Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

  Location was brilliant. Studio room was perfect for 2 people, it was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that you need. The studio apartment balconies overlook a walled yard so your not directly on the main street, so you do not hear the traffic etc.As we arrived at 7.45pm we had to check -in ourselves and although we did not meet any sta... what people say » ff during our stay, we had helpful texts from them. We would use the apartments again and have recommended them to friends and family. - We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything you would need for a self catering stay. The apartment was furnished to a high standard . It was in an amazing location just opposite the Millenium Centre and was an easy 25 min walk to the centre. The quay area has a fabulous assortment of bars/restaurants/pubs to choose from. As well as a Sainsbury's express below the apartment.

  Beautiful house, with loads of space, that was perfect for our weekend away. With the sofa bed and camp bed we managed to sleep 10 comfortably. The outside space is fantastic for lounging in the sun. The location is brilliant, with Cardiff city centre around 15 minutes away, and some nice pubs nearby. Had no problem with parking outside the house.... what people say » - We stayed in the 2 bedroom house, its beautifully designed and welcoming. Finished to a very high standard. It's not as small as a previous review would imply; 4 of us stayed there and we hosted a small afternoon party for a total of 9 adults quite comfortably.

  I loved the fact that it was a quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. We had the self-contained apartment on the top floor which was perfect for us with three children. Three single beds in one room, a double in the other. Two toilets, one with a shower and one on its own. There is a TV in each bedroom which saved arguments over who watches wh... what people say » at! Also a small, basic kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster with a selection of plates, glasses etc. Two of our children have special diets so - We stayed in 3rd floor accomodations.... two bedrooms, kitchenette, 1 1/2 baths. Street address was "9"....cant remember apartment number. Furnishings all appeared to be new/newer. Very clean. No elevator/lift but that was not a concern for us. Perfect accommodations for us...two adults and three teens. Walk to beautiful park, castle, city centre, etc. is just minutes away.
