We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

  Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London.   Nice welcome on arrival. Good sized room with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Our room was on the road side of the building and as it was a warm night we needed the window open. Noise from the traffic was quite loud. Decided to eat in the restaurant and I'm so glad we did. What a fantastic dinner! Exceptionally well presented and superb to eat. The staff - The staff. The General Manager (Gerry) and/or Neil were often present to ensure that the needs of our group of 8 "mature gentlemen" were catered for. All the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We all enjoyed the breakfast and dinner experiences. Thanks to the staff for helping to make a great rugby weekend - despite the result of the big match! We'll be back!
