    Kevin, the owner, and his wife were wonderful. Kevin, with his Irish accent, gave us a great tour of Belfast as he drove us to the BnB. Made us know we were in Ireland! Our family of 4 had an ensuite room. Beds were comfy, bathroom adequate, quiet location; breakfast was served by the Mrs.--a good English breakfast. The room didn't have much space... what people say » , but we were only there to sleep! Location is about a 20-25 minute walk to the center of town, but we enjoyed the walk. - The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.

    This B&B was really clean - I can't stress this enough, I was actually surprised how nice they managed to keep the entire house. The staff were both incredibly helpful and friendly, learning guests by name, talking to them, and suggesting activities or ways to save money while traveling. The breakfast every day was wonderful - both filling and... what people say » delicious. I stayed there for a week on this trip, and will certainly do so again the next time I am in Belfast. - Location was a close walk to downtown. Staff was very friendly (always called me a cab as I didn't have a phone), helped me print train tickets and answered all my questions. Bathrooms were quite clean. Only thing that maybe was a downer was the wifi in my room wasn't great, but it was great eveyrwhere else so it didn't make a difference to me really

    Vivian was very sweet and friendly. Made us feel like we were friends! She was also able to make several recommendations in the city. Help yourself continental breakfast was nice with cheese, cold cuts, cereal etc. Just make sure to call ahead to let them know if you will be arriving-- check in time between 1-2pm. - The person, Karen, who was the... what people say » re in the stead of the proprietress could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I got my day pack back when the person, Gerry, in whose car I left it, returned with it in hand. Gerry even took us for a tour of the town the next day. Very FRIENDLY...good people in Belfast!

    Great room, beautifully decorated. Whole place is gorgeous looking and feels very loved. Very easy to get the bus in and out of Belfast. Complimentary waters, juices, tea, coffee and cakes were great. Chef came in early to cook breakfast for me on a weekend. Breakfast was lovely and they were very accommodating catering for me as I am gluten intol... what people say » erant. Would definitely stay again - Amazing detail and everything has been thought out with care and attention. Couldnt believe that i could also get gluten free breakfast and cakes. The tea rooms are worth a visit on thier own as they are so beautiful, and the conterence room is a must see. The hotel is run by the most wonderful couple and i can not wait to return thanks for a welcome stay.
