I stayed at the ibis for 5 nights last week and I couldn't fault a thing about the the place. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to help you. I did not eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food but there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby. The location is brilliant, in the heart of the queens quarter and not far from the ... what people say » city centre. I was impressed with the size of the room and it was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I will definitely be back! - Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.
