  Very pleased with our stay here. The staff were friendly and the room was beautiful! It would have been much better in the summer to enjoy the stream next to the resteraunt. In the morning we decided to skip breakfast for a lie in, and when we checked out they asked us if they could get us anything to eat for our journey.   Very nice hotel, staff was excellent . food very good. It was a very short stay however hotel was extremely helpful to mark the special occasion as requested Thank you - The staff were extremely tentative and catered to our every needs, especially on the 6 course taster menu and providing wheat free alternatives.

  We stayed last weekend for my friends Hen weekend as a group of 15 in a range of ages. From the second we booked till the time we left the service was incredible! The service was so personable and nothing was too much trouble. They put on a 3 course dinner for us and we were served in style. We were alowed to decorate the room and they took care o... what people say » f all the cleaning up. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the hotel itself is stunning. The parking available is a massive plus in Bath as well! W - All of the our stay was excellen. From the moment we arrived and greeted with smiling faces, and very time we saw a memeber of staff they would always smile and chat to you. Also if you required anythimg it was done straight away, with no problem. The rooms were lovey, breakfast is a must!!!With lots of home made products(the best we have tried)Location was excellent, the staff when asked about walks they would print off directs and advise good walks to go on.
