You are a credit to the city of Norwich - It is impressively well-run, and the staff have thought of lots oflittle details that make it much better than the ordinary: I was stayingjust for one night, so had booked myself a little room in the lowestcategory that had a bathroom on the opposite side of the corridor. In myroom a freshly-laundered dressing gown was provided, which is just whatyou want to cross the corridor for a shower!

The location was perfect, very quiet residential area, whilst only a 5minute walk into central Norwich with all of the facilities that a cityhas to offer. The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time

Food was very good, good location and staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Also the staff were very accomodating - I wanted to bring a takeaway in the first night after a long journey, and there was no problem with this - in fact Robert even supplied me with a plate and cutlery! The main purpose of my visit was for football and the Malborough was a very good location for this. I definately plan a return visit in the Summer - Look forward to it!
