  The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital.   The guest house was well located for exploring Norwich. Our room was clean and comfortable and the service was very good. Breakfast could be as little or as much as you fancied, from fruit juice and cornflakes to the full english and everything in between! Staff were very helpfull and provided advice on where to visit, best places to eat, how to ... ce que les gens disent » get around and generally answered all enquiries in an informative and good humoured way. We would have no hesitation in recomending the Malborough to - Food was very good, good location and staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Also the staff were very accomodating - I wanted to bring a takeaway in the first night after a long journey, and there was no problem with this - in fact Robert even supplied me with a plate and cutlery! The main purpose of my visit was for football and the Malborough was a very good location for this. I definately plan a return visit in the Summer - Look forward to it!
