You are a credit to the city of Norwich - It is impressively well-run, and the staff have thought of lots oflittle details that make it much better than the ordinary: I was stayingjust for one night, so had booked myself a little room in the lowestcategory that had a bathroom on the opposite side of the corridor. In myroom a freshly-laundered dressing gown was provided, which is just whatyou want to cross the corridor for a shower!

The location was perfect, very quiet residential area, whilst only a 5minute walk into central Norwich with all of the facilities that a cityhas to offer. Staff were truly excellent and extremely friendly andhelpul. I travel a lot for work staying in hotels most weeks, if onlythey were all run like this, life would feel much better! Rooms werewell

The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time

Food was very good, good location and staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Also the staff were very accomodating - I wanted to bring a takeaway in the first night after a long journey, and there was no problem with this - in fact Robert even supplied me with a plate and cutlery! The main purpose of my visit was for football and the Malborough was a very good location for this. I definately plan a return visit in the Summer - Look forward to it!

very quiet location, the room was lovely and warm on a cold wintery night,,the choice of food was excellant,ie bar meals, a lovely carvery and the a la carte menu..Would certainly use this hotel again.. - Welcoming staff - comfortable room.
