We were delighted with the Adelphi. Although the decor was not completely up-to-the-minute, the room was spacious and comfortable and clean and has obviously been repainted quite recently. There are extensive public areas for wifi etc and the staff were extremely friendly, especially when we accidentally spilled a big jug of milk on our table. Can't fault it for what I want and will return. - Barbara

We have stayed here twice during the past few weeks, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The reception staff were most welcoming and helpful, the rooms are spotless and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent. Obviously an extremely well managed hotel with its customers a priority. - John

The 1st time we stayed at this hotel we booked business class which i can highly recommend the room was gorgeous with fantastic views of the docks a giant king size bed and a heated bathroom floor. The 2nd time we had a standard room which had no view and was dull and dated. The buffet breakfast was great but better still was room service breakfast as you got loads of variety. The hotel is within walking distance of all attractions. Would defo stay again as long as its business class. - Henry

stayed one night went to see nolans on echo arena room was very clean and decor excellent was a bit weary after reading reviews no need to panic staff excellent and breakfast brill even bucks fizz with breakfast on sunday morning cannot fault it well done the feathers - Lisa

The staff were very friendly and most helpful, (thanks Barry for your efforts in recovering my lost camcorder). The building is a lovely old renovated residence in a quiet area of Liverpool. It is a little out of town, hence quiet but the bus is very close by and a 10 - 15 min trip to the city and attractions, less than 10min by car. There is limited parking on site. Breakfast is great and nice environment, the rooms are very roomy, comfortable and clean. The only negative is there is no lift to - Chris

I stayed just one night in a two bedroom apartment and can not fault the apartment or the staff. Bridgestreet@ONE is situated in the new LIVERPOOL ONE shopping complex and is in a visually exciting newly built block. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and stylishly furnished in neutral tones with wooded floor in the open plan living/dining/kitchen. All of the equipment is new and includes, as well as the standard kitchen equipment a washing/drying machine and dishwasher, the appropriat - James

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful - despite being very busy both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The standard of cleanliness, especially in the the bathroom was very high. The only complaint being that some people during the night were a bit exuberant in the corridors - but that is not the fault of the hotel merely thoughtless customers. - Elizabeth

We stayed overnight on friday to see a show (chitty chitty bang bang) at the Liverpool Empire. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel and how quiet it was especially located in the middle of this busy city. The staff were amazing , the girls on reception, John the concierge and the dining room staff couldn't be friendlier. The bed with its beautiful pillows kept us comfortable all night. Altogether a great experience. AND the theatre is only a very short stroll away.We will de - Patricia

we were booked into hotel on sat 19 till 21 sept and when we arrived our rooms had been cancelled!Unfortunatley we had been scamed by a booking web site which we are in the process of sorting out> I have to say staff could not have been more helpfull they found us alternative accomodation for sat night and the manager Andy brought us to our new hotel in his car,which was beyond the call of duty.Ok the rooms are not 5 star luxury but the staff the bar and the food are!!! we would recommend thi - Steve
