You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff who explained all the facilities of the hotel and made us feel welcome. Only stayed one night to visit friends after having spent the weekend at a wedding in North Wales. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.

We got just that, our room was on the other side of the hotel well away from the kitchen and bar area so it was very quiet, and we had superb views. The Hotel or Hostel if you wish to call it that, was in a semi rural position but only 15 mins away from the centre of Chester. The room was in a row of chalets positioned around a garden to the rear was a wooded area with an abundance of rabbiits and squirrals the room itself was very clean and warm. Mostly the staff; I cannot say enough good words about them. They were there for us and helped us enthusiastically. There smiles when we entered the hotel and left were so genuine looking;they helped make the freezing cold weather more bearable. We are residents of Florida and really mind the cold weather.
