  Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. Only £11 for a taxi back from the Albert Dock too (consideringhow much we saved on the room rate compared to central hotels we weredelighted!) Will use same hotel again. - Everything!   The apartment is an ideal base for large groups. As a family of 5 we had booked the 3 bedroomed apartment and were surprised to find one double bedded room plus 2 very large triple bedded rooms (slight dormitory feel to them!). The apartment was recently refurbished with good kitchen facilities (cooker/ microwave/ fridge/ toaster etc as well as a ... what people say » washing machine). It was clean and warm, and quiet most of the time. The apartment was within easy walking distance of town and a taxi cost just over - Colin made contact with me on check in day and was very helpful when I became stuck in traffic and was going to arrive late. All the apartment basics were available such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper etc. nicely decorated and good central heating which had temperature control. Quiet location and easy to find as it is signposted. I booked two apartments for the group and we were given ones that were opposite each other in the corridor.
