  Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount ... what people say » incentives in the hotel bar and restaurant. - The ladies and gentlemen on the reception were all very friendly and helpful.   It's a good place to put your head down for the night beds where clean good location and close to wembley - the price was low ,which suited my budget and circumstance.the staff were polite and friendly and the tv was a good size in the room.
