V nicely decorated and well sound-proofed considering it faced onto the main street in Kenilworth. Very friendly owners. Excellent facilities. Hotel has 2 ground floor rooms so will definitely use again for my Mum and my Dad who cannot manage stairs.

The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. Hilton breakfast was fantastic, and they offer us a free valentine's package because they gave us a twin room ,we did book a double room. Finally, my boyfriend and I are very satisfy with their serivce. - The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.
