The Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is very clean and completed with all facilities that you may need.   Owner of Villa Mainard was one of the nicest people we've ever met! Even with limited English, he was so helpful to us. Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and wonderful to stay in - we wish we could have stayed longer! Getting to attend the Chievo/AC Milan game was one of the highlights of our trip, and Villa Mainard helped make that p... what people say » ossible - thank you!!! He also recommended the best pizza we've ever eaten in our lives - all in all, a great stay. - We had two apartments which were both very spacious. We wanted to be able to cook in a couple of nights and that proved easy to do. The concierge provided good information about local facilities, bus routes and local food shopping (would suggest these should be in a folder in Italian, English and German in each apartment. nb buy bus tickets at the local Tabak - cheaper than on the bus!)

We had a young family and stayed in the studio which was away from the main building, but never the less beautiful. It was truly luxurious.   Great apartment in nice area, great location - bus stop across road and taxi only 10E. We had a car & found the location easy enough to find- car parking no problem onsite. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a continental buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel is close to the old city centre and is close to the arena.

  Very friendly hosting. We got upgraded to suite because rooms were full, and was amazing room. Outside there is a lot of space, and small farm animals. - The hotel is brand new. Very organized and clean. Staff very friendly. Good location.
