  Fantastically located on Piazza Erbe, with wonderful and relaxing balcony overlooking the square where my 80 year old aunt could read her papers and relax with a coffee or drink while my kids and I explored. Perfect. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Very clean. My room was perfect with a view of the piazza, the bathroom big enough and the breakfast out on the little terrace was just beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful and talk about location location location. The hotel is close to all the sites and some realyl great shopping.

  I believe that we were extremely lucky to across this option just occasionally. Imagine: you stay in the historical building of XIII century in the very heart of the old city and which is part of every city tour in Verona! On the spacious balcony you have the frescos described in the guide books and which regular tourists can see just from the squ... what people say » are downstairs. We are also very grateful to Angela, the lady-administrator. Next time I'm in Verona - I won't consider any other options of accommod - Excellent central location. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are fantastic would have loved to have stayed longer.

  We had a wonderful 2 nights in the Residenza Madonna apartments. It was a really sweet cosy place & excellent value for money. Our apartment was a really lovely mix of old Verona & modern facilities. Fabio, the owner met us at the front door & showed us around before leaving us to it. He also owns the shop downstairs so you can easily ... what people say » reach him any time if you need something. The shop actually sells fresh bread & cakes as well as wine & deli goods. We bought fresh homemade r - The apartment cannot be more central! It is amazing, cozy and very posh. For those who are thinking that some hotel can be better because of a restaurant or support from a reception are wrong. When you go down stairs from the apartment there are a lot of restaurants for any taste plus the guy Julio who is meeting guests is better that any receptionist in any hotel. He is helping with everything and if you call him he can be there any minute;) thanks a lot for an amazing stay;)
