The gentleman (manager?) on reception repeatedly went out of his way to assist us - from ordering taxis, storing baggage and receiving us after hours to posting back my phone charger when I accidentally left it behind when checking out (Thankyou!). We also appreciated the refreshment room - Parking facilities (for EUR 9) outisde the hotel on the street; City centre location; Friendly, knowledgable staff provided advice on sighseeing, restaurants etc.; Only 5 minute walk to city centre, Juliet's balcony, shops, etc.; Although there areno breakfast facilities, this didn't matter as the free tea, coffee and bottled water available in a seprate room was a nice touch; only 6 rooms and each is ultra-clean and furnished to a superb standard (travelled with another couple so we know we di
