  We greatly enjoyed our stay at MareBlu. Yolanda was a very gracious and accommodating host. She met us when we arrived, showed us around our bungalow, gave us a map and detailed instructions about where to park for free in Cefalu and which restaurants would be open in the off-season. Breakfast was terrific in the "outdoor" kitchen--she let us pi... what people say » ck our time for service and provided everything we needed (and more). The bungalow was big with a front porch overlooking the sea. And it was truly - Excelent location, just a couple of kilometers away from beatiful Cefalu downtown, on the slope with a great sea view. We got separate small "house" with terrase, clean and privat facilities. The owners were very friendly- unexpectedly received a great treat of home made pizza and wine upon our late arrival. Good breakfast. Really best option to stay close to Cefalu and enjoy nature tranquility with local friendliness. Would not hesitate to come back once again.

  It was a great pleasure to stay at B&B da Rosa. When I arrived, very late, Gianny and Rosa had met me and offered me some fresh fruit and a bottle of water, which was very nice after a long travelling. Each morning Rosa serves a very nice breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, fruit, croissant, yoghurt and cheese. She is always eager to help. As I forgot my driving licence at home, I had problems with getting aroun - We left a jacket with passports back in Bronte at the previous night's lodging, 40 miles away by bicycle. Rosa volunteered to drive halfway back to retrieve it for us. "At no charge". Besides that exceptional gesture, the room was in a home nearby but by itself. Clean, modern, with a great shower and bed. Rosa's breakfast was stunning, and we enjoyed a wonderful talk with her family.
