  Everything about our stay was ideal and perfect. We absolutely loved the hospitality that Guido and Ada provided, as well as their entire team. The beautifully decorated rooms in such a stunning setting, together with incredible food and wine, plus all the special little touches (such as fresh flowers in the room and even a chocolate bunny on East... what people say » er!) were done in such great taste and thoughtfulness. The fruit and vegetables grown on site were amazing to enjoy for breakfast (especially the fres - The attention to detail was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The country setting was lovely. The only problems we had were returning at the end of a days outing in the car as the GPS did not pick up all the small roads. A very detailed map is important to have. As well there are one way streets in the nearby towns so you don't always follow the same routes leaving the hotel and returning to it.

  We loved Laura and her staff at Musciara Resort. They were professional and extremely attentive while also being warm and very approachable. Breakfasts (and lunch and dinner, if you wish) were delicious and served on the terrace right at seaside. Ortygia is a - This was....Paradise! An oasis of rest in the bustling life of Siracusa. Nice and friendly staff. Although only 3stars rated, it is worth a 5 star resort. The only one with a private beach, it was just great to start our trip there. For the boys they even could use a kayak which they enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing when comparing with Italy standards.

  We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. - Great staff, beautiful grounds.

  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel El Jebel. We were traveling with our kids, ages 4 and 6, and the staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. My son declared it "the best hotel he had ever stayed in," and he was not far off.   This is a luxury hotel which you can tell from its price, but the view is worth everthing. Great location, just on the centre of Taormina's main street. When you have breakfast in the morning or have a drink in the afternoon on hotel's terrace restaurant and bar, overlooking the beautiful sea and town under Mediterranean sunshine, you feel life is... what people say » just at the moment. And the staff is helpful. They got us a van in one hour and send us to San Vito Lo Capo where is 5-6 hour driving distance from T - I loved this hotel. Everything is perfect. The hotel has a greate design with a fantastic bar and restaurant with a very romantic views overlooking the bay. The staff is supernice and really make you feel welcome. This is a lovely place to stay if you want a bit of luxury and romance. It is offcourse a bit expensive also the bar and restaurant. But that is understandable - you get what you are paying for so it is OK.

This was quite a find, and perhaps 2 kilometers from the ruins at Agrigento.   Amazing service - a welcome prosecco on arrival, luggage taken up to our room from the car, room is tidied twice a day. Very nice private beach with free deckchairs/umbrellas. Great location by Isola Bella and close to the cablecar up to Taormina town.
