A metro station at the doorstep of the building & lovely cafe`s , restaurants & a supermarket a short walk away.The washing machine & drier in the basement is a blessing if travelling light.Stayed here for 8 nights & we were as comfortable here as... what people say » at home. - Very nice location. Only several steps to Metro red line, so very convenient to Duomo Church and city center. Very close to shopping center and restaurant street and 3 supper markets. Room is okay (bed is in a draw), with kitchen, very quiet. Cleaning work twice a week. Wifi is 2 Euro per room for full day use if you will be staying at least 7 days.

  Well it's hard to describe or to draw clear line between positive and negative things in this hotel. So I'll start from biggest advantage - place. Perfect location, from hotel it's 2 minutes on walk to Milan central train station. The best thing there terminates airport shuttles, so you can be on time even for early morning flight. Specially the last day I had a problem with my credit card , it was miss understanding between the bank and letsbookhotel.com , I thought I was charged twice , luckily the reception lady was very patient and she solved my concern . The hotel is clean , bathroom is just perfect . I couldnt rate the bed quality because I was so exhausted ^_^ the elevator was ok . I appreciate everything about this hotel specially

To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts

  helpful staff - I prefer to stay in a centrally located hotel even if it is not as luxurious as one that is outside the center so for me this hotel was very good. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks
