Everything was exceptional! They even went to the trouble to get a crib from another hotel for us and held our room all day to see if we wanted to stay another night. good location. Great hotel in a superb location, recently upgraded and really should be 5 star. As a frequent traveller one of the best hotels I have stayed in for many years. It was very modern and the pillows were very comfortable and the shower and toiletries were the best I've experienced, especially in Italy.
