  As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

It's only 5min walk to Mestre railway station. They give you 2-3 huge towels, so no need to carry you own. The shower cabin can be small only if you are obese - otherwise it is perfectly big and there's always hot water. You can even change them every day. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the sheets were clean and soft. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it. The staff were nice, police, fluent in English.

  The hotel's location was excellent - just as was described on LetsBookHotel.com. The hotel was being renovated, but we stayed in a new room and it was gorgeous. The bathroom was so clean! We even think that the shower had never been used because it was so clean. The staff was very nice. The staff was very patient and helpful, the quality of the rooms was better than we've expected, recently refurbished and very well maintained on daily basis. Very handy location as well.   We stayed in this hotel for one night as an alternative to staying in the much more expensive Venice. The hotel was easy to find, only a short walk from Mestre station from which the trains into Venice are regular and only about 1.5 euros each way. The room was a decent size and clean, as was the bathroom.
