Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes. Buses are running all night long and the great hotel staff gives all the indications to make your stay in Venice wonderful. The rooms are very big and the bed is very comfortable. Definitely a perfect choice with an excellent value for the its price.

Cosy and clean hotel, close to public transportation for Venice, to a shopping center and an open fish, fruits and vegetable market. It is a very good hotel, I apreciate the receptionist, she was very kind and explained me everything about the transport and other things. Bus station is very near to the hotel (about 5 min.walk), Venice is very near too, avout 10 min by bus. I booked a single room, but they gave me a double room, it was big enough. Very good and various breakfast. Close to trams and buses. Very friendly staff. Breakfast-buffet-many choice-excellent warm croissants. Parking available behind the hotel. Recommended for business people or anyone who needs to stay overnight. WiFi available and free. . The hotel was excellent , special thanks to the manager who helped us a lot even in the situation which was far beyond his responsibilities. WiFi was way too slow for a business user. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. The beds are too short , internet not working in all rooms. Our main problem was that the room was facing the main street and was almost the full day in the sun. It was very hot, not only during the day but also during the night. With the air condition you can adjust the temperature but it's hard to stay with it open the full night with a child in the room. My advice is to ask a room with view to the back in order to avoid this problem (especially in the sunny period). Mestre is an industrial town so you would really only stay here if you required car parking, then spend your entire time inside Venice. - we asked for double bed but got 2 twin beds instead - bathroom could have been cleaner - no free Wi-Fi. wifi is charged by the hour, parking is very difficult and tight and the cleanliness of the bathroom was not the best had mould in shower. Terrible coffe and Internet signal. Parking area was very small. Aircondition was not enough for hot days of summer. Refrig was most probably not running when we were out of room. The shower should be improbes. It says that I has laundry service on letsbookhotel.com, so we specially booked it to have laundry service. But when we arrived we saw that it doesn't have it. The room is a bit smelly, no kettle in the room.
