Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for visiting Venice, Padova and Treviso. staff very friendly and helpful, close to station, room kept clean. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. Staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is very convenient to the train and bus. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The towels are more like table cloths. Breakfast is only croissants and coffee, but the coffee is very good. Would recommend and use again.all reviews »
The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was small but enough to get you through the morning. Down the road from the train station which is only 10 min from Venice. The windows have not mosquito net. short beds not for anyone over 5ft 9in. there was no lift so it can be a problem for people with lots of luggage. some of the personal wasnt pleasant. for the same money i suppose its better to stay in hotel of 4* on islands surrounding venice like lido (especially because there is a good transport connection between all of them) so its hard for me to recommend this hotel considering the price. Maybe the old fashion look of the rooms,but as I've seen in Venice,all the buildings show their age and somehow this is a pride and a beauty for the people.The small place for the shower. No minibar. no english channels. No internet. The hotel is quite old, and this shows in the exterior and the hallways. The price, staff and decent rooms make up for it. the room was crowded for 4 persons. The carpets were not very clean. No noisy at night, very good!. breakfast starts too late if you have early fligh to catch. Small room. Our room definitely needs renovation. room inside is very poor. too expensive for this price. the bathroom. cleanliness.
