  We were very pleased with the Windsor Hotel Milano and found it to be the nicest hotel that we stayed in during our touring of Italy. We really hated to leave. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hot buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful, and we were able to store our luggage on the day we checked out, while we did some ... what people say » additional site seeing before catching our train. - We were only able to stay for 1 night, but it was the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our stay in Europe, our flight was late getting into Milano, check-in was no problem even after 12am, the bar tender was very helpfull, as we needed a night cap after a day of sight seeing and flights. We will stay in the same hotel and recomend it to everyone we know who needs to stay in Milano.

  Clean - Didn't like this hotel, had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thou we arrived after the book in time, cannot get breakfast even thou we paid for it, need to get train at 8 o clock breakfast does not start until 7.30 would not offer us anything, cannot get a drink only coffee or soft drinks, very poor service for the price of the roo... what people say » m would not recommend this hotel

  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.... what people say » The location is very close to the party of Milano. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible.
