The hotel was not too far away from the work of place i had to visit every day. The room i has was very small but ok. Breakfast room is small and can't accomidate all the guests at the same time but I didn't min waiting in the hotel lobby. The choice of breakfast was wonderfull worth waiting for. The staff at the hotel were wonderfull, friendly, extremely helpfull and made me feel at home all the time.

Several times, the wireless / Internet connection would be down and it would require calling up the reception for them to restart / fix the connection. A little far walking to Duomo, but very close to metro station (republica). No iron or kettle in room,. I have no complaints about this hotel. As previously mentioned, the breakfast room is a bit small to cope with the volume of guests when the hotel is full as everyone appears for breakfast at roughly the same time. However, the friendly staff did their best to provide alternative seating and the plates of food were being topped up constantly so nothing ever ran short.Location is a little iffy, but not too far from anything with the usage of metro. Small room for having breakfast, we had to have a breakfast in the lobby. the fact that I had to pay for wifi 4 euros for 30 minutes is outrageous. My single room was very small. A bit of noise through the wall - hotel took no action when I asked them to assist. The bath room was a little bit small. small showers. The single room was smallish. Shower had no pressure so had to have a bath. Minibar was broken and smelled like something had died in it!! Only 12 tables for breakfast, had to sit in the bar/foyer to start with.Internet price is out of range. 8euro/hour, when in other hotels (more cheaper hotels) it is free, or 2-5 euro/day. No only when the bar is there have to be somebody to serve you. The rooms were extremely tiny, the shower was around the 70cm2. The toillet is a little bit small.I expect free internet from a 4 star hotel and more diverse breakfast. the room had a cigarette smell. size of the bathroom. waiting too much for taking the breakfast; the breakfast room was too small compared to the number of guests so, the crowdy room was pretty unpleasant.Breakfast was rather rich but nothing hot. the one person room was very small, matrass could be changed. breakfast, during the night the heating was turned off and was cold, rooms too small. When using internet you have log on every 30 minutes as there is no option to have a continious session only if you buy 12 hours in a row.The room was tiny, big people won't fit. The shower is very small, a person with some extra weight won't fit!. The street is a bit desolate at night. Not easy to find visiting 1st time :). sound isolation in the rom (thin walls?).
