I liked the location. The hotel is next to Corso Como shopping area and the lively Brera area. Beautiful and big rooms. nice service. They upgraded me. Nice, large room; good position; helpful and co-operative staff;excellent value for money.The fact it was next to metro station. Very good hotel.Staff,location excellent,big room. The level of comfort and service make me always want to stay here and I like the breakfast there. The location is also good for shopping using the metro and it's close to some small markets and good cafes and bars.

Also, it was hard to communicate with certain members of the staff (Their English was incredibly poor).I booked Junior suite, and was given standard room at first. After Icomplained they changed my room, but I thought it was still the sametype of room as before. When I told them I didn't see the differencebetween the standard room and junior suite, the receptionist told me'You should look better'. Very rude. Do not book Junior Suite, it's acomplete rip off. I was amazed at the long time things took at the reception desk. On arrival, the staff was slow and almost incapable of getting people registered. We were a group of maybe fifteen people, and it took most of an hour to get everybody through the line. Later on, when trying to ask for some information, we had to wait several minutes just to get some attention from behind the counter.Catering is poor. Breakfast was very basic and manager employees of teh restaurant were all very rude, especialy the restaurant manager. hair dryer and was put in smoking room when I am non smoker, tv channels limited. I found it incredible that no one filled the mini bar for the three days that I was there. When at the end I asked for a bottle of water to be sent up at 00:30 I was told the room service was closed and I should go down to the lobby to purchase the water without even an apology. Strange that with so many supposed stars they behave like a cheap hostel. There was a big area under construction between this hotel and the station. So the nearest exit of subway was closed. We could not take the shortest way due to wide closed area. We had to walk with big baggage longer than expected. To make the matters worse the bus terminal was moved to other area. I felt that this hotel was not so convenient as the past review said.
