Albena! She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise! The grounds are gorgeous, rooms comfotable and meals generous. I don't speak a word of Italian but still managed to communicate well enough with the sisters. It's nice to end the day of seeing Florence's sights with an evening here - stay for a dinner one night too. The bus into town is about 10min walk - so take a taxi there from station (about 12euro) if you've got baggage then jump on the bus the other days. I loved it here.

We upgraded our room for a (discounted) 35 Euros per night. We stayed in "The Tower" which was a room on 3 floors with an old stone winding staircase. It was incredible. The top floor (the bedroom) had 360 degree views of Florence for miles. Very romantic and very comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful hotel right in centre of old Florence. Everything you would want to see is just a short pleasant walk away. Our deluxe room was very big, clean and comfortable with a frame bed and huge couch. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of dishes. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and helpful. The breakfast staff even remember what you like and bring it without asking. My wife and I stayed for six nights and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The apartments are in close proximity to the metro station and staff will gladly call you a cab/taxi - that arrives within 3 minutes guaranteed - if you need to go to a site that requires access by taxi/cab.

I really liked the space and the facilities, especially the laundromat
(paid) and car park (free). The apartment was well furnished and was
extremely comfortable for us. It was also in a safe neighborhood, though
it's not very near the city central (approximately 15-20mins walk to
most locations). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's
clearly states that check-in ends at 7pm, however due to some delays on
the roads, we only managed to reach by 715pm, but they waited for us
anyway.
