The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. IT had its restaurant opentill late which was convenient after a long day's journey on train. Thetriple room we made use of had ample space, and a very nice largebathroom. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport which is veryconvenient and which we weren't aware of before speaking to the veryhelpful staff.

Large, clean room with shower and sink. Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss! The service at B&B dei Cavalieri was welcoming and the value for money was very reasonable. The interior was cosy and styled perfectly to reflect Italy.
The accommodation was within good walking distance from the train station, however, at first we found it difficult to find. On reflection I should have printed of the exterior picture to remember what it looked like. The breakfast was a fantastic spread.

We especially liked our guest, Irene, who was so very polite and helpful, giving us all the necessary info about where to eat, which by the way, if you're a fan of pizza, then you should definitely try Le Scuderie - best pizza in town :)
We also loved our room, Magnolia, the perfect melange between classic and contemporary with a lot of design objects.

When I booked the hotel, I did not realised that there was not 24 hours reception service, but the member off staff was happy to wait for me until midnight, which was a massive help. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, very good value for money. I also had breakfast included, which was fantastic and a very good start of the day. I was allowed to leave my luggage and collect it later. My overall experience with this hotel was very good. Thank you for a nice stay.

We stayed there for three nights. It is located not even ten minutes walking from the station. It takes however more than 20 minutes to get to the Leaning Tower. The b&b is beautifully designed, with cute furniture and you can feel the great attention to detail. We stayed in Paris room which had a private external bathroom across the corridor but that was not a big problem. There is a nice terrace where you can have your breakfast or some wine in the evening.

My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. The entire staff at the Hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I recommend without reservation.
