  It was close to the train station and easy to find. Also the staff were super helpful and friendly. Often at hostels you feel unwelcome or like a burden especiallly if you donàt speak the language. But they were great, even speaking in English. - The staff are really nice. There's a kitchen with some free stuff for travelers(probably left by the ... what people say » other travelers).   To explore the city of Pisa and the ever famous Leaning Tower, the location of B&B Pisa Tower is amazing. The staff are super friendly and offer lots of local knowledge. The room was comfortable and really decorated well. You have an option to stay in dorms or private rooms. Superb location - just take the LAM Rosso bus from airport or train to Cammeo or Torre stop - it's two streets away. Good facilities including lovely garden/ sun terrace. Only four rooms, two bathrooms, very nice homely feel. Loved the idiosyncratic decor - very unusual and personal! Definitely not beige!

  Ostello San Frediano was right within the walls of Lucca, a wonderful Italian medieval city. There are cafes and shops around the corner and a beautiful old church to admire right next door. Our room was actually on two levels with two single beds downstairs and a double with bathroom and a good shower upstairs.
