Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. We had a baby and 4 year old with us, and they were great with them. They put an extra twin and a crib in our room and we still had tons of room! Definitely a rarity in Europe. As a non Italian speaking American, I was very anxious about traveling to a country where language was a barrier. My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. We loved the location in comparison to the train station, which was in walking distance once we figured out how to get there. The hotel room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. We had a double bed, one twin bed and they brought us an additional rollaway bed for an extra 20 euro a night. A hotel van picked us (7 total) up for a 20 euro fee. - Emmerson
