The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. Easy in to get your car to the very front of the hotel from the arrival lanes. Easy off load and check in parking. The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value. Can't really fault the hotel except the design of the ground floor areas is rather bland and uninteresting.
