Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. Easy in to get your car to the very front of the hotel from the arrival lanes. Easy off load and check in parking. So very luxurious. Everything you could ever need was right there for you Mp3 connections in rooms, free wifi, music/tv being played in the bathroom, toiletries, iron, hairdryer even an ice bicket and corkscrew! The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.
