The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.

  A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way.
