there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

This Appartment was Excellent and in the the Center of Vienna.
The only little downfall was the bin lorrys early in the mornings loading their garbish around 6,30am in the morning.

I cannot express enough how perfect location this hotel has. Everything a young couple (and probably everyone else) could wish for in Vienna is on a walking distance. Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! Bar is open late and staff is very helpful and friendly. - They were minor renovations going on but did not affect my stay.
