This is a excellent hotel in the heart of Vienna! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and the rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is the best I've had; incredible variety, well stocked and perfectly prepared. Ambiance is modern yet warm without feeling sterile. Price range is on the expensive side but if you are looking for simple modern luxury with an ideal location, this it it! - Andrew

The hotel is very good and the people in the reception very helpful.The location of the hotel is the most important.There are restaurants ,cafes stores etc near the hotel.A supermarket is opposite the hotel with cheap water ,fruits etc. The rooms are big and comfortable. The only negative is there is no airconditioning in the rooms. - Catherine

We have already told so many friends about how perfect this hotel is. The location could not be any better--only a block or so from Stephansdom , within walking distance of everything in the old town, and only a few steps from the U-bahn for other sightseeing. The hotel itself is a jewel. The lobby area is welcoming, the breakfast room is lovely, and the room we stayed in (# 306--a superior room) is large with nice furnishings. I have just returned from the Graben hotel in Vienna& although the renovations are ongoing it did not spoil our hols. They have added a 7th floor & the rooms are first class. the location was great , within easy walking distance of most of the sights or near trams& underground stations. When finished it will be a great place ,like it's 2 sister hotels. - Nicola

I had to find an accomodation rather quickly, so it came handy that this place allowed to book and confirm the reservation directly form the website. I was positively surprized: I got a spacious, well decorated and . The location is superb, in walking distance to St.. Stephens, in the 1. district. The people are friendly, the cleaning staff thourugh, and there is hispeed internet (extra cost, but reasonable). The elevator is a bit slow, but looks great. This is a perfectly located property! We loved the updated rooms (very modern) and the hospitality of our hosts. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast included hard boited eggs, fine Viennese pastries, awesome coffee, breads and jams and the like. Great value for the money! Only complaints: 1) loud outside 2) owners smoke and you can smell this in common area (not in your rooms) 3) plumbing needs updating (cold/hot water zaps). - Damian

A friend of mine and I stayed at this centrally located hotel about 3 blocks from St. Stephens. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions and suggestions as where to eat. There is free wi-fi, pets are allowed. It is on a very quiet street, but there are lots of mass transportation options available within a couple of blocks. I would definitely stay there again as it is also reasonably priced. - R

Our first time in Vienna at thisPension was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The rooms were very clean and the breakfasts, which were included in the cost were great. There was a computer with internet access in the common area for guests to use. The Staff was very helpful with directions, side trips and suggestions for restaurants. They gave us an early breakfast on the day we had an early side trip to Salzburg. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in July 2009. The location was great and we had the ability to walk to alot but there was also a subway station a few minutes away. The room was identical to the pictures we saw prior to arriving but some how looked much smaller in person than the pictures had looked! I think European hotel rooms are typically smaller than in the US. The room had a very contemporary feel and the bathroom was also very contemporary and cool (a little small too). - Alper

This is a small boutique hotel with a very good location for seeing Vienna, particularly everything within the Ringstrasse. It is a 2 minute walk to St. Stephen's cathedral and the U-3 line, 10 minutes walk to the Opera, 2 minutes walk to the Trams that circle the old city, 20 minute (about 30 Euro) taxi to the airport. The hotel itself is very cool - the entrance is funky and almost hidden; the decor is very modern, theme of black & orange & wood. The service is not formal, like at a bi - Phillip
