The staff was very friendly and helpful. (spoke perfect english) .The location was very convenient, walking distance to subway, tram , points of interest (i.e. st Stephans ) and ATMs' . Also the rooms were very quiet , a safe was included at no extra charge. and the breakfast (also included) was nery good. Helpfulness of the staff, interior, location. Also because I did not experienced any problems staying with two little children.

I am not sure whether the hotel is really boutique - the design is lovely but not every room is completely different in a different style.the wireless internet was making problem to me in order that I couldnt connect. A little bit too minimalistic.No hotel information in hotel room, time of breakfast etc. No internet option. Breakfast and the facility is minimal.Rooms are quite small, windows look out a kind of shaft, red bathrooms with dull light. Not really 4-star. Virtually no lobby, no bar, no computer/printer room. Dim lighting in bathroom. No full-length mirror in room.This is not 4 stars hotel there is a small loby, a small room ,a small breakfast room, everything was very small.

From the airport you take the CAT or the S7 commuter railway to Landstraße/Wien Mitte and then the U4 underground line (direction Heiligenstadt) for one stop to Schwedenplatz. Take the exit "Rotenturmstraße", turn left and then immediately right into Hafnersteig. Alternatively, take the Vienna Airport Lines bus to Schwedenplatz/Morzinplatz.

From Westbahnhof (Western Train Station) take the U3 underground line (direction Simmering) for 5 stops to Stephansplatz and then the U1 (direction Leopoldau) for one stop to Schwedenplatz.

From Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station) take the tram no. 18 (direction Burggasse) for one stop to Südtiroler Platz and then the U1 (direction Leopoldau) for 4 stops to Schwedenplatz.
