Vienna Family Friendly Rooms Hotels

Have just returned from VCA at Scottenring 33 (Apartment 6), and have not a bad word to say. The booking was effortless, and the optional extra of the limousine pickup was worth every penny. The apartment totally exceeded our expectations and has spoilt us for all future trips. The apartment managed to maintain character with its high ceilings and large rooms, but its sensitively designed modern layout gave you the best of both worlds. The Schild has been newly renovated and offers very comfortable and large airconditioned rooms. It is located in the wine district of Vienna, has a beautiful garden and reasonable rates. The friendly and efficient staff made our 30th high school reunion a great success! - Roy

I had to find an accomodation rather quickly, so it came handy that this place allowed to book and confirm the reservation directly form the website. I was positively surprized: I got a spacious, well decorated and . The location is superb, in walking distance to St.. Stephens, in the 1. district. The people are friendly, the cleaning staff thourugh, and there is hispeed internet (extra cost, but reasonable). The elevator is a bit slow, but looks great. Positive while somebody's staying at Adagio City Aparthotel Wien Zentrum is almost...everything! Great and wiling to help staff, absolutely gorgeous, very big, high aesthetics apartments, too cheap especially comparing with what you take! - Marios

Hotel Cortina is a little way outside the city centre and about 10 minutes walk from the Ober St Viet metro station. It is very quiet, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. I will stay there again when visiting Vienna. In the village, by the church is a little restaurant called "Mikel's" or something similar. He is the "waiter" and his wife is the cook. The food is good homestyle stuff, the wine is tremendous and the grappa is free! Not formal - John

Room was decent and clean. Day and evening staff (Ina and Denise) were really helpful and friendly. Weekend staff not so much. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very large by European standards. Old building, no air conditioning. Noise from the street was a problem since we needed the windows open. You might want to ask for a room not facing the street. Great location just 10 minutes or so from Rathaus. Most sights were within walkable distance. Tickets for public transit, if nee - Victor

Stayed while on a conference in Vienna and found the whole experience a delight! Staff were all polite and couldn't be more helpful Rooms were more like an apartment with small kitchen area and large bedroom area and good sized bathroom. Excellent service and very friendly reception. Convenient location - close to everything, including U1 underground line. Great breakfast. Large and comfortable suite. Free and fast Internet in the lobby, but have to pay if want to use wireless in your room. - Frances

Our first time in Vienna at thisPension was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The rooms were very clean and the breakfasts, which were included in the cost were great. There was a computer with internet access in the common area for guests to use. The Staff was very helpful with directions, side trips and suggestions for restaurants. They gave us an early breakfast on the day we had an early side trip to Salzburg.
