I stayed here in May 2013 and I loved this Hotel, exactly the type of accommodation I look for on a City Trip. Comfortable, traditional, and in an absolutely fantastic location! Literally step out of your door and your are right in the centre and within 5 or 10mins (walk) of all the main attractions and there is plenty to see and do on the way. Despite its central location it wasn't noisy either. All the staff were very helpful and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna. Th.
all reviews » there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new. Well to begin with the staff was very friendly and helpful which is not the case with viennese in this kind of service. The hotel especially rooms were clean. The location is quite nice, convenient and at walking distance to any touristic sight in the city. The room rates are reasonable. I will certainly recommend your hotel to my friends. Regards Rawda. excellent location in centre of the city a short walk (10-15 minutes) from all the museums, opera house, shopping and even parks, and loads of places to eat if you don't want to eat at hotel, which has fantastic breakfasts, and great Italian food especially the pizza's which are enormous, all of the staff were brilliant. The staff were very welcoming, and were happy to accommodate my constantly changing requirements. I have stayed here before and have always enjoyed myself, but they excelled themselves this time. The location is fantastic, and the price is amazing for an hotel within 100M of Stephansplatz. Very well located I 1 minute from the subway and the cathedral in the middle of the pedestrian streets with shpos and restaurants all around. Warm welcome. Very good breakfast and possibility to have an Italian dinner at the restaurant. The location is superb - just off Stephenplatz which is a major metro stop in the heart of Vienna. It was a 2 minute walk to the National Museum and the world famous Demel's pastry shop. Also plenty plenty of nice shops nearby. The rooms were small and sparse but was expected for the value. The restaurant was expensive. Booked money for the Hotel two times. Wifi could be faster. too noisy,if the window on the street. The reception staff should be more accommodative & friendly. No wifi on the third floor, I had to walk down to the first floor to get a wifi signal. Size of the room.. it must be a joke. Withdrew money from a card for accommodation in hotel twice and 2 weeks money doesn't return.
