Vienna Airport Shuttle Hotels

The personnel were all excellent, the Hotel was a delight, the Suitespacious and well decorated and lovely new Bathroom. There were freshred roses in the suite, and fruit and choc's arrived, another nicetouch. We dined in the Red Bar where the food was delicious and thepianist nice too. Hotel staff extrememly helpful and friendly. On our check in Elizabeth showed us all the facilites and made us feel at home.Afternoon tea and cake was served in dining room every day, lovely to come home to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Otto's wonderful and beautiful hotel. - Richard

I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on. Very convenient to the U-Bahn station, and everything within the Ring is within walking distance. All-in-all, a very positive experience. I will stay there again. - John

We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us. The stafff was very helpful as well. - Lisa

Friendly staff, intimate lounge area(away from reception desk) good size rooms with plenty of chairs/settee, wardrobe space. Beautifully clean in bathrooms, room and everywhere in Hotel. Free use of internet was appreciated as it was our grandaughters birthday whilst we were away. We were a party of six who were all happy with the hotel which was gratifying to us as we had booked the hotel. - Barry

Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - Mark

We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - Ani

Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - Mohammad

A more old fashioned hotel with a bit more personality than modern ones that all look the same. Staff lovely and very helpful and friendly, while offering a professional service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the main attractions. I communicated direct with the hotel on two occasions by email, and each time I had a reply within five minutes, which I thought was very impressive. We would definitely stay there again. - Michelle
