  Location superb, supermarket across the road, many tourist attractions within walking distance, with hop on hop off bus stop across the road, underground 50m, marvellous café around cnr to hotel. Marvellous. Only minus is no free internet except in lobby - The location is excellent as walking distance to Buckingham palace, embankment and shops.... what people say » Rooms clean and comfortable breakfast excellent great choices.   location and the basket of apples at the desk... staff was very helpful Price and location in central London was excellent - the hotel is very central just off oxford street the staff were very helpfull and the rooms were very comfortble and came with a hairdryer iron and ironing board i will use it again

  Very friendly staff. Moreover, we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check-in time and just wanted to leave our luggage there, but they already gave us a room! And when we asked for something, they reacted very quickly.   The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras ... what people say » were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

Its basically next to Churchill hotel of the most famous hotels in london plus its about 100 meters or less from Oxford street. - Super attentive service from check in to check out.   The location is perfect, the room was really cleaned and nice with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view on London. Staff is nice and the breakfast was excellent. - The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

  The hotel was wonderful we couldnt have asked for more. The staff friendly and helpful, The lobby beautiful and clean and very plush looking. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could find any fault with is that the bathroom was small but even then it was a lovely bathroom so we didnt mind too much.Very good locati... what people say » on aswell. Close to everything!!!!!!!!!!! - The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The health club facilities were very good and well taken care of. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurat is very nice. The position of the hotel is also very central (few steps from Oxford circus) I would certainly go back there.
