Courteous, thoughtful attention by staff. I arrived at 10 p.m. (plane delay) and had a most welcome meal provided. The day before I was leaving, a staff member came to my door, to remind me that it was time for me to go if I was to catch the plane back to the mainland. He was relieved, when I told him that I wasn't leaving until the following day. I really appreciated his concern, though. - Anonymous
